General Questions About CBD

CBD is the acronym for cannabidiol, a natural compound extracted from industrial hemp. CBD is derived – extracted – from the strain of the cannabis sativa plant – hemp – that has very low levels of THC. So CBD does NOT cause the “high” that cannabis sativa strains with high contents of THC do.

If passing a drug test is an important concern to you should pay close attention to the type of CBD you consume and stay away from full spectrum CBD products. Full spectrum CBD will contain less than 0.3% THC but even such a small amount can be detected by drug tests. So if you consume CBD and prefer to avoid all traces of THC showing up on a drug test you should look for CannaRx products produced with broad spectrum or isolate CBD. These types of CBD contain no THC so THC will not show up on a drug test.

We also test for THC content to confirm our products comply with the law. You can see the Certificates of Analysis of the lab tests on our website. Every CannaRx product carries a QR Code that takes you to the web page where the COAs are located. You can find the COA of your product by using the product batch number.

Not all hemp products are created equal. CannaRx is an exclusive brand that curates its products from the time the hemp seed goes into the ground until the finished product goes on the retailer’s shelf. CannaRx uses the best extraction processes to gently extract all the goodness out of the plant. The resulting distillate is filtered many times to remove all impurities. We accept returns only on unopened items returned within 3 days of purchase. Please email [email protected] with your order number. We do not cover shipping costs to return items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 days thereafter.

Shipping Questions

No, for the moment, we only ship inside the continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Standard shipping is FREE within the continental United States on orders $50 or more.

Orders are processed within 48 hours after they are received. Shipping times depend on your location and may vary from 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing. Shipping times do not include delays for holidays, weather events or backorders. All orders will receive tracking information in a confirmation email.
